The estate is one of the largest in this small appellation which only covers
190 hectares. It sells around 180,000 bottles per year.
For the AOC CASSIS, white grape varieties represent 82% of the vineyard (Marsanne 50%,
Ugni Blanc 20%, Clairette 12%), the black grapes are vinified in red and
rosé (Grenache 12%, Cinsault 4%, Mourvèdre 2%).
The operation achieves a turnover of 2 ME for an EBITDA of around 1 ME.
